You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You represent that any information you provide, including insurance claims and medical records, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Pet Shield offers subscription plans. Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Pet Shield is a tool to assist with organization and claim generation. We are not an insurance company and do not guarantee claim approval by your provider.
